AI Business Coach in Surrey: Guildford, Woking, Godalming and Farnham

One county, one honest page

We have written one page for Surrey, not a page for every town. The reason is simple. AI coaching for a small business is mostly done over a video call and inside your own software. A coach who covers Guildford covers Woking, Godalming and Farnham in the same way. A separate page for each town would say the same thing four times.

So here is what is true for each of the four, and who you can call.

Guildford

Guildford has the most choice close to hand. Three firms say on their own websites that they are based in the town: Cow-Shed, SurrAI and Wey Advisory. Each is described on our list of AI business coaches and consultants in Guildford, along with how you start with them.

Guildford.co's listings data has 827 business profiles in and around the town, from 81 beauty and aesthetics businesses to 27 accountants. Most are small firms, which is who this page is written for.

Woking

We did not find an AI coaching firm whose own website says it is based in Woking. That does not mean there is none. It means we will not name one we have not verified.

A Woking business has two routes. Use a Guildford-based firm, a short trip down the road. Or use a provider who works remotely. AI Coach, founded by Kasra Dash, has a page for Woking on its website and says it works UK-wide, remotely and on site.

Godalming

Godalming sits just south of Guildford, towards the A3 corridor that runs down into Hampshire. The same Guildford firms are close by. AI Coach also has a Godalming page.

Wey Advisory says it offers coaching sessions in person in London or Surrey, or over video. If you want someone in the room in Godalming, ask whoever you call whether they travel.

Farnham

Farnham is in the west of the county, on the Hampshire border. The Guildford firms say they work across Surrey. AI Coach has a Farnham page as well.

Where Dean Keating fits

Dean Keating publishes this site, so read this part as a description of our own service.

He trades as Ai Business Coach and is based in Horndean, Hampshire, on the A3 south of Guildford. He is not based in Surrey. He works with businesses in Guildford, Woking, Godalming, Farnham and the rest of the county remotely.

He offers a free AI Business Coach call. His website says you leave with a shortlist of jobs worth automating that you can act on with or without him. If you want more, he builds and installs AI agents in the tools you already use and trains your team on them. The cost is given after the call. There is no price list. Call Dean or book the free AI call.

Does being local matter?

Sometimes. It matters if you want a workshop with your whole team in one room, or if you simply prefer to meet people before you hire them. In that case start with the Guildford-based firms.

It matters less if the job is setting something up inside your email, diary and accounts software. That work is done remotely by almost everyone. AI coaching online or in person goes through the trade-offs.

A sensible way to choose across Surrey

• Write down the one thing you want fixed. "Enquiries get answered late" is better than "use AI".
• Pick two or three providers whose websites describe a business like yours.
• Take the free calls where they are offered.
• Ask each for the scope and the price in writing.

If you are not sure whether you need a coach at all, read is an AI business coach worth it first. The main page for our own service is AI business coach in Guildford.

What we have not done

We have not used the other providers or seen their work. What we say about them comes from their own websites, read on 10 October 2026.
