AI Business Coaches and Consultants in Guildford: Who They Are and How They Differ

Five providers of AI coaching, consulting and installation that a Guildford business can use, each described from its own website: where it is based, who it is for, what it offers and how you start. Not a ranking.

Guildford.co Editorial10 October 2026

Quick answer

Three firms say on their own websites that they are based in Guildford and offer AI coaching or consulting: Cow-Shed, SurrAI and Wey Advisory. Two more cover Guildford from elsewhere: AI Coach, founded by Kasra Dash, and Dean Keating, who trades as Ai Business Coach and works with Guildford businesses remotely from Horndean, Hampshire (call or WhatsApp 07418 627304). This is a list, not a ranking, and Dean Keating is the publisher of this site.

This is a list, not a ranking. Nobody here is scored and nobody is called the best. We have not used any of the other firms. Everything said about them comes from their own websites, which we read on 10 October 2026. Check each site yourself, because details change.

Guildford.co is published by Dean Keating, who is one of the five. He is listed last, labelled, and is not based in Guildford.

Firms that say they are based in Guildford come first, in alphabetical order.

Based in Guildford

Cow-Shed. cow-shed.com describes itself as an AI consultancy based in Guildford, Surrey, working with clients across London and the South East. It says it has worked with startups and small businesses since 2004, and that much of its recent AI work has been with financial institutions in London. Its services are AI strategy, business strategy, financial strategy, marketing strategy, and websites and social media. It also runs "Catch Up With AI" workshops: its site lists a three-hour small-group session at £95 per person and one-to-one AI training from £180. You start by filling in the contact form on its site.

SurrAI. surrai.co.uk describes itself as an AI agency and web consultancy. It gives its address as the Surrey Technology Centre, Guildford, GU2 7YG. It lists AI strategy and consulting, bespoke web development, process automation, and building AI models into products. It says it works with businesses across Surrey, London and the South East and prefers face-to-face workshops when a project begins. You start through the contact form or by email. We found no prices on its site.

Wey Advisory. weyadvisory.co.uk says it is based in Guildford and works across London, Surrey and the South East. Its founder is Ricardo Gonzales. It says it helps businesses from founder-led start-ups to firms of 250 people, and private clients. It offers five things: an AI opportunity audit, AI workflow implementation, executive AI coaching, team AI training and fractional AI strategy. It does not publish a rate card, but states the shape of each fee: a fixed fee for the audit, a daily rate or fixed scope for implementation, a monthly retainer with a three-month minimum for executive coaching, and a monthly retainer with a six-month minimum for fractional strategy. You start with a free 30-minute call.

Covering Guildford from elsewhere

AI Coach (Kasra Dash). bestaiconsultant.co.uk is the website of AI Coach, an AI consultancy founded by Kasra Dash. It has a page for Guildford and says it delivers AI consultancy UK-wide, remotely and on site. Its site does not say where the business is based. It says it works with SMEs and owner-managed businesses on AI strategy, workflow automation, custom AI tools and training. Training is over Zoom or Google Meet by default, with in-person workshops in Guildford available as half or full days. You start with a free 30-minute call. We found no prices on the pages we read.

Dean Keating, trading as Ai Business Coach (the publisher of this site). Dean Keating is based in Horndean, Hampshire, on the A3 south of Guildford. He has no Guildford office and works with Guildford and Surrey businesses remotely. He offers a free AI Business Coach call; his website says you leave with a shortlist of jobs worth automating that you can act on with or without him. After that he runs a done-for-you service that builds and installs AI agents in the tools you already use, and trains your team on what he installs. There is no published price list; the cost is given after the free call. Call or WhatsApp 07418 627304. More on the AI business coach in Guildford page.

How they differ

  • Where they are. Three give a Guildford base. One does not state a base. One is in Hampshire.
  • Coaching, advice or building. Wey Advisory and Cow-Shed both list coaching or training for people who want to use AI themselves. SurrAI and Dean Keating describe building and installing. Several do more than one.
  • In person or remote. SurrAI says it prefers face-to-face workshops. Wey Advisory offers coaching in person in London or Surrey, or by video. AI Coach and Dean Keating work remotely by default.
  • How you pay. The stated options include per-person workshops, fixed fees, daily rates, monthly retainers with a minimum term, and a price given after a free call.

How to use this list

Pick two or three whose description fits your size of business and the kind of help you want. Three of the five offer a free first call. Take more than one, and ask each the same questions. How to choose an AI business coach has a list, and coach, consultant or agency explains the labels. For the money side, see how AI coaching is priced.
